PLEASE CHECK the Belt length.
Run a piece of thread/string in figure-8 around the pulleys and measure that.
It should be approx 62cm for the 6 inch drum width model.
It should be approx 60cm for the 9 inch drum width model.
Some older models use a 45cm belt.
